Your reservation time must be included in setup and breakdown if you are decorating. Elegant Essentials package only allows 6 hours total, including set up and breakdown time. Signature Luxe Package include 5-hour total, including vendor setup and breakdown time. The Beverly Experience Package include 5-hour rental including vendor setup and breakdown time.

Are there any decorating restrictions?

YES!  We do not allow command hooks, screws, staples, tape, floor wraps or confetti. ONLY pushpins.

Is alcohol allowed at events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can serve alcohol at your event. Just make sure to obtain a banquet license from the Virginia ABC website at least one week before your event.

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer payment plans. Secure your date with a $350 retainer and pay the remaining balance monthly. The final balance is due two weeks before your event.

Can I rent the venue by the hour?

Yes, you can rent our venue by the hour from Monday to Thursday at $125 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. Contact us for more details.
