Our venue offers a spacious 1700 square feet, perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 60 guests.

Your reservation time must be included in setup and breakdown if you are decorating. Bronze package only allows 6 hours total, including set up and breakdown time. Silver Packages include 4 hours total, including setup and breakdown time. Platinum Packages include 4 hour rental, plus an additional 4 hours of setup and breakdown time.

YES! We do not allow command hooks, screws, staples, tape, floor wraps or confetti. ONLY pushpins.

Yes, you can serve alcohol at your event. Just make sure to obtain a banquet license from the Virginia ABC website at least one week before your event.

Yes, we offer payment plans. Secure your date with a $350 retainer and pay the remaining balance monthly. The final balance is due two weeks before your event.

Yes, you can rent our venue by the hour from Monday to Thursday at $125 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. Contact us for more details.
