Founder/Lead Designer
Beverly D. Wyche Reid, Founder/CEO of Décor and Beyond by Bev, LLC/My Events Intimate Studio is a graduate of Saint Leo University earning her Master’s in Business Administration. She is an Army Retired Veteran, and a Civil Services Retiree, Wife, Mother, and more importantly, a Nana. :)
With over 10 years of experience in event planning, her passion started with designing her daughter’s baby shower and her wedding. From that day, it has become her passion to create and provide clients with lasting memories. She values every opinion as she brings your vision to fruition and beyond.

My Events Intimate Studio, an all-inclusive event space nestled in Newport News, Virginia, was established in June 2022 by a dedicated husband-and-wife team, William and Beverly Reid. Our family-owned business is thrilled to welcome you! We believe in making you the priority, and we're genuinely excited to host your event. Recognizing your busy schedule, we offer a convenient, one-stop location for all your intimate event needs. Look no further!
